How it Works.
OUR PROCESS
The First Date
We start by getting to know each other. If you feel we're a good fit, reach out to us! We love hearing about how our couples met and what their visions are for their wedding day. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so it's important to us that we book couples who are just as excited to work with us as we are to work with them. We'll reach out to schedule a time to chat.
Wedding Planning
We'll then start planning how we'll shoot and edit your wedding. We've been doing this for a long time and love to share our knowledge and experiences to assist in planning the best wedding day possible, so don't hesitate to use us as a resource as you go through the wedding planning process.
We'll send a questionnaire a few months before your wedding so we can draft a call sheet with all the information we need to be ready to start filming the moment we arrive. This will also give us plenty of time to discuss and make any changes we feel need to be made.
The Honeymoon
Now it's time for you to sit back, relax, and leave us to work our magic. We give ourselves 60 days to edit and deliver your wedding films. Once you receive your final deliverables, feel free to share your videos! We'll send an Instagram-friendly version of your highlight film so you can share it without unwelcome cropping. We love when our couples tag us on social media to help us connect with people who love watching.
The Proposal
Unfortunately, this proposal doesn't come with a diamond ring. But if we decide we're a great match for each other, we'll draft up a proposal and send it via email. Once you've looked it over and we've answered any questions you may have, we'll have you sign it and send in your retainer. The retainer is 50% of the total. The retainer is due upon the signing of the contract and the remainder of the balance is due 60 days before your wedding date.
Tying the Knot
Woohoo! We finally made it to the big day and now it's time to get you married! As we said, we've been doing this a long time and are prepared for whatever improvising is required from us on your wedding day. We want to make sure you are comfortable and have an amazing day.
Happily Ever After
Oh, you thought you could get rid of us that easily? Not a chance! One of the most special parts of this work is the relationships we've built with our couples. We love to follow along as your love continues to grow. Keep in touch!
